Please download the pdf form below to register as a GPA member. Complete the form and send to us at address indicated on the form via USPS.  This will also subscribe you to the GPA email list through which you will receive event notifications and member news. If you are renewing your membership, please review the form if your contact information has changed, please indicate. We are asking members if they are interested in getting more involved with GPA, please indicate on the form or email us.
